The Madison County Board of Registrars hereby certifies that the following listing contains the names of those persons to be removed from the county voter lists in January of 2005 pursuant to the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 and the Alabama Statewide Voter File Maintenance Process (17-4-200 through 17-4-201, Code of Alabama, 1975).

If your name appears on this list, you are advised to IMMEDIATELY contact the Madison County Board of Registrars, Madison County Courthouse, Room 517, 100 Northside Square, Huntsville, Alabama (256) 532-3510 for information on updating your voter registration information.

You must update your voter registration record no later than December 30, 2004.

If your name appears on this list and you do not update your voter registration by the close of business, December 30, 2004, your name will be removed from the county voter list.

If your name is removed from the county voter list, you will be required to submit a new application for voter registration before you will be permitted to vote in any election in this county.
